2. Online Ordering Service

Our website allows you to place orders for pick-up only. We do not offer delivery.

When placing an order, you must:

• Select a location (Schaerbeek, Jourdan, or Stockel)
• Choose a valid pick-up time slot
• Provide accurate personal details (name, phone number, email)
• Complete payment in full at the time of ordering

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical issues, unavailability of ingredients), in which case you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Belgian rate.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. 450 Gradi does not store your payment card details.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Pick-Up Policy

Orders must be collected at the selected location within a reasonable time of the chosen pick-up slot. We cannot guarantee that orders will be held indefinitely after the selected time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of fresh food preparation, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and the preparation process has begun.

If there is an error on our part (wrong items, missing items, or quality issues), please contact us immediately upon collection. We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a partial or full refund, or a replacement at your next visit.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

Our menu contains products that may include or come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and others. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen operations.

If you have a severe allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us directly before placing your order. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose relevant dietary information at the time of ordering.

7. Availability and Opening Hours

Our online ordering service is available during the operating hours of each location. Orders cannot be placed for times when a location is closed.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the ordering service or close a location without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public holidays, staff shortages, maintenance).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of 450 Gradi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
