450 Gradi
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This page explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why, who else sees it and what you can ask of us. We keep it short and only collect what we need to feed you.
Who is responsible
Each 450 Gradi pizzeria is run by its own company, and that company is the data controller for what you share with that pizzeria: the order you place there, the table you book there, the message you send it. You'll find the three companies and their contact details in the Legal Notice. To exercise any of your rights, write to the pizzeria concerned.
What we collect and why
Online orders
Your first and last name, phone number, email address, the dishes you order, the pick-up time and any note you add. We use them to prepare your order, tell you when it's ready and contact you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: performing the contract you enter into when you order. We also keep the order record as Belgian accounting and tax law requires.
If you mention an allergy or a dietary need in a note, we use it only to prepare your order safely. Please only tell us what is necessary for that.
Payment
Online payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure page: we never see or store your card number. We only receive the confirmation that the payment went through.
Table bookings
Your name, phone number, email address, the number of guests, the date and time and any note you add. We use them to hold your table, send you a confirmation and a reminder, and contact you if we need to. Legal basis: taking the steps you asked for before (and to) welcome you. Bookings are made through a form provided by Resto-Genius, which manages our reservations on our behalf.
Contact form
Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them only to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to the people who write to us, and the steps you ask for.
Service emails and your guest record
We send emails linked to what you did with us: the confirmation of an order or a booking, a reminder, and sometimes a short message afterwards to ask how it went. We also group your orders and bookings under your email address or phone number, so the pizzeria recognises returning guests and can find a past order when you ask about it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the restaurant well. You can object at any time by writing to the pizzeria.
News and offers
We only send news or offers if you agreed to receive them or, as the law allows for existing guests, about our own similar products. Every such email has a link to unsubscribe in one click.
Who else sees your data
We never sell your data. It is shared only with:
- The pizzeria's team, to prepare your order or welcome you.
- MOODD, who built and maintains this website and the ordering and booking system, and processes the data on our behalf.
- Supabase, which hosts the database behind the website.
- Stripe, for online payments (Stripe also acts as its own controller for payment and fraud-prevention data).
- Resto-Genius, which provides our table booking form and reservation book.
- Resend, which delivers our emails.
- Our web host, which runs the website.
- Google, only if you accept external content: the map of each pizzeria and the photos in guest reviews (see the Cookie Policy).
- Public authorities, only when the law obliges us to.
Transfers outside Europe
Some of these providers are based, or have staff, outside the European Economic Area — for example in the United States or the United Arab Emirates. When your data leaves the EEA, it is protected by the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Your personal data (orders, bookings, guest record, messages): up to three years after your last order, booking or message.
- Accounting records of paid orders (amounts, dates, invoices): as long as Belgian accounting and tax law requires, currently seven years. Only what the law asks for is kept that long.
- Your cookie choice: in your own browser, until you change it or clear it.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to the pizzeria concerned (details in the Legal Notice); we answer within one month.
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security
The website runs over an encrypted connection, access to your data is limited to the people who need it, and card payments never pass through our systems.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
